  There are always scams, hidden defects, undisclosed damages that can't be seen in the photos, and even covered-up issues. I've had cases where the engine made strange noises, and one delivery took over four months. It's constant problems and fraud.

  We ordered two cars, in the photos one was with a spare tire in the trunk, a fire extinguisher at the passenger's feet. The other car had a half-full tank and battery, when the two cars arrived - the first one did not have the spare tire and the fire extinguisher, the second one was missing fuel and it was obvious from the photos I sent to the claims department that the battery had been replaced. They did not want to acknowledge my claim. When I filed a claim, I was told that there was no way to file a claim for these things.
